The crew was meticulous when cutting into the hard wood floors as well as incorporating the existing old, gravity furnace opening, to the new system in order to not have to cut into my walls. Other than turning on the system and enjoying the heating and air, I would not have known they had been in my home. From my first call to when the crew completed the installation, the job was handled in a completely professional manner. The units they installed operate so quietly, I don’t know when they are on! And working with the owners Doug & Donna, was a complete delight! Because of their professionalism at my home, ACS now does all the repair and maintenance work for all the properties that I manage. From a large industrial building to a small rental, all I have to do is place a phone call and they take care of the rest. With total confidence, I highly recommend AC Systems.

Just a quick note to thank you for the recent A/C installation. Both Darren and Justin were very thorough with the installation and took the time to explain the process to me.

This morning I turned the heater on to remove the overnight chill. I noticed a remarkable difference in the duct output, since Darren had replaced and sealed the duct extension to my unit. GOOD JOB!

P.S. I just want to tell you that the building inspector was here this morning and signed off the job. He told me that whoever installed this unit “DID A GREAT JOB”.

ACS has worked with us since we first purchased our present home in 2006. Successively they have installed a new HVAC unit, sealed and replaced older less efficient ducting, and most recently installed a zone system. Doug has always been very prompt with a quotation and ready with answers to many questions we had about cost, how the work would be done, and on what schedule. The technicians who performed the work were uniformly very polite, took extra care to not bring dirt into the house, and were very careful about doing first class work. The materials and equipment used are high quality, resulting in what in the long run will be the most economic cost. Doug and Justin will be at the job to inspect the working being done. We also rely on and recommend ACS for seasonal inspection and testing of our HVAC system. Donna, the owner, Doug and Justin, and their technicians are a top drawer operation.
